Tyson started his career as an ERP software support manager for one of the major ERP players in the market. After six years, he realized he'd be serving the industry best by creating an independent consulting firm that really understands ERP and business processes. His work as an ERP organizational change management consultant eventually broadened his background to include implementation project management and software selection. Tyson's background includes extensive ERP software selection, ERP organizational change and ERP implementation project management experience. In addition to his extensive ER P experience, Tyson has also helped clients with business process re-engineering, merger and acquisition integration, strategic planning and Six Sigma initiatives.

Tyson holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Arizona State University in Business and International Economics. His philosophy is that the software is usually what his clients call him to fix, however, he soon discovered that the real problems usually lie with People, Processes and Practices that are broken within the organization. Brent Nichols

Brent is a software designer and programmer with a specialty in ERP software and customization. He graduated Summa Cum Laude in Computer Science at Arizona State University where he was trained in formal software design, maintenance, and testing. Those skills have been applied since 2002 in modifying ERP programs to make standard software packages work better for specific manufacturers and their own way of doing business. This includes adding entirely new capabilities to ERP software to streamline work-flow or simply provide missing functionality.

Over the years, Brent has found solutions to make software work better for a wide variety of industries, from toy manufacturers to the aerospace industry, and his experience in training clients to use ERP software has made him familiar with any problem you need help with, whether it's accounting, inventory, sales, payroll, you name it. His programming skills aren't limited to ERP either and he can help with any software you may need: websites and apps, database importing and maintenance, report modification and creation, scheduled email alerts, third party software interfaces, and much more.

I have worked with Brent and Tyson on several custom products for our ERP system over the last 6 years including bridges to other SQL applications, special modules, and product configurators.
